Accredited Master in Renewable Energy Award

To become a Master in Renewable Energy, candidates must achieve a total of 12 Galileo Master Certificates (GMCs) through studying individual modules within an 18-month period. The Master Award includes the following courses: Renewable Energy Management & Finance, Solar Photovoltaics, Renewable Energy Solutions, Wind Power, Energy Efficiency in Buildings, Electrics for Renewables, Biomass, Wave & Hydro Power, Solar Water Heating, Combined Heat & Power, Energy Storage and Electric Vehicles, Project Management or Hydrogen Energy.

Note: Each of the courses awards one GMC. All the courses and the overall pathway for the Master in Renewable Energy Award is accredited by the CPD Accreditation Service: https://cpduk.co.uk/about. The automatic Pathway to become a Master in Renewable Energy is via online distance learning courses. However, up to 3 of these courses can be taken in the Live Virtual Classroom.

Renewable Energy Expert Pathways

Each Pathway is focused to help you develop expertise in your chosen field. Options include: Renewable Energy Expert Certificate, Hydrogen Energy Expert Certificate, Solar Energy Expert Certificate, Project Management Expert Certificate, Green Expert Certificate and many more. Each Expert Pathway is comprised of 3 individual courses, each of the courses awards one GMC.

Live Virtual Classroom Courses

Live Virtual Classroom courses feature 2 full days of interaction and networking with the lecturer and other delegates in an online classroom environment, using the latest easy-to-use virtual training software. Current available Virtual Classroom courses include Hydrogen Energy and Renewable Energy Management and Finance. Virtual Classroom courses are constantly being developed and new dates announced on a monthly basis.

Online Distance Learning Courses

Distance Learning courses consist of step-by-step learning through practical videos of classes led by internationally renowned academic researchers and industry experts that you can review as many times as you wish, and exclusive course materials designed by the course lecturers. We recommend approximately 25 – 30hrs of study to review all of the course videos, course slides, and any additional course materials that are provided. You will have up to 3-months to complete the course at your own pace, but you can complete the course and sit the remote exam for the GMC as quickly as you like within this period.
