The countdown is on: discover what’s waiting at emex 2026

Registration is free for emex 2026, taking place at Excel London on 25–26 November. With the event now not far away, registering early means you can secure your pass, get the dates firmly in the diary, receive pre-event updates and start planning which speakers, sessions and exhibitors you want to see.

More than 4,500 professionals working across energy, sustainability, estates and the built environment are expected to come together for two days of practical learning, new technology, real-world case studies and conversations focused on the energy challenges organisations are facing right now.

And there is even more to discover in 2026.

The expanded event includes a new Solutions Showcase, putting real projects, technologies and measurable results in the spotlight, alongside a new Keynote Theatre exploring the major issues affecting energy and sustainability.

The new Estates Gazette Theatre will look at how technology, sustainability and targeted investment can improve the performance and value of buildings, while the enhanced Power Responsive Theatre will examine flexibility, demand-side response and distributed energy resources.

Visitors can also earn CPD credits through accredited learning, take part in focused roundtables and networking, join the informal Sustainability Talks, and access practical training from BSI. The Wates Innovation Theatre also returns for 2026.

Across the conference programme, the emphasis is firmly on ideas and experiences that can be applied back in the workplace.

Speakers joining the wider programme include Emma Arnold, Director, Sustainability & Clean Energy at Trio; James Chaplin, Senior Manager of Curve Trading at EDF; and Paul Lynch, Head of Net Zero, Utilities Management at VINCI Facilities.

The Solutions Showcase will also host ‘Beyond the Headlines: Turning Heat Pump Potential into Reality’, bringing together Bean Beanland of Heat Pump Association UK, Andy Green of Baxi Commercial, Thomas Nowak of Qvantum International and Peter Spurway of Carrier HVAC & Viessmann Climate Solutions to examine what successful heat pump deployment looks like in practice.

Alongside the conference, visitors can meet 100+ exhibitors and explore solutions spanning energy efficiency, smart buildings, controls, electrification, low-carbon heating, energy generation, flexibility and decarbonisation.

As Pawel Szpinek, Facilities Manager at City of London Academy Southwark, says:

“emex is a standout destination for anyone looking to connect, learn and discover fresh ideas.”

With the end of November getting closer, now is the time to secure your place and start planning your visit.

Registering early gives you plenty of time to explore the programme, identify the suppliers and technologies most relevant to your organisation, and make the most of your two days at the show.

Register for your free pass today and join the energy management community at Excel London on 25–26 November.
